232.820  Commissioner of Insurance: Appointment; classification.  The Commissioner of Insurance is the head of the Division and:

1.  Is appointed by and responsible to, and serves at the pleasure of, the Director of the Department of Business and Industry.

2.  Is in the unclassified service of the State.
