233C.070 Ā Board officers; terms.

1. Ā The Board shall elect from its membership a Chair, a Vice Chair and a Treasurer to serve as officers of the Board.

2. Ā The Administrator shall act as the nonvoting recording Secretary of the Board.

3. Ā The term of each officer of the Board, other than the Administrator, is 2 years and any vacancies that occur in those offices must be filled by election by the members of the Board for the remainder of the unexpired term.

4. Ā No member of the Board may serve more than two consecutive terms as an officer of the Board.
