238.060  Publication of notice once each week for full period in qualified newspaper.  Whenever any notice is required by law to be given by publication, unless otherwise specified, such provision shall be satisfied by publishing the required notice at least once a week, consecutively, for not less than the full period of time so required in a qualified, legal and competent newspaper.
