17.420 Ā Scope and applicability.

1. Ā NRS 17.410 to 17.660, inclusive, apply only to a foreign-money claim in an action or distributive proceeding.

2. Ā NRS 17.410 to 17.660, inclusive, apply to foreign-money issues even if other law applies to other issues in the action or distributive proceeding under the rules of this state governing the conflict of laws.

3. Ā NRS 17.410 to 17.660, inclusive, apply to actions and distributive proceedings commenced after January 1, 1994.
