244.375 Â Tax for exhibits at expositions.
1. Â After March 20, 1911, the county commissioners of the various counties are empowered to levy a special tax for the purpose of displaying the products of the county at expositions.
2. Â The county commissioners are authorized to use their discretion in the levying of the tax to cover the legitimate expenses incurred in the display of any products at an exposition; but in no case shall such tax levy exceed 4 cents on each $100 in any 1 year.
