244.30791 Ā Meetings; records; quorum.

1. Ā The commission shall hold at least four meetings each year and shall keep a complete record of all its transactions.

2. Ā A majority of the commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

3. Ā Any resolution, motion or other action shall be adopted or ordered taken by a majority of the commissioners forming a quorum.
