247.215 Certificate of marriage: Production of certified abstract in lieu of certified copy. In lieu of producing a certified copy of a certificate of marriage, the county recorder may produce an abstract of the recorded certificate of marriage and certify the abstract in his or her official name and title, and under his or her official seal.
