250.170  Denial of request for confidential information.  Except for a request from a governmental entity pursuant to paragraph (a) of subsection 1 of NRS 250.160 or in response to an order of a federal or state court pursuant to paragraph (b) of subsection 1 of NRS 250.160, a county assessor may deny a request for confidential information if the assessor reasonably believes that the information may be used in an unauthorized manner.
