Statutes > Nevada > Title-21 > Chapter-268 > Annexation-by-cities-in-other-counties > 268-618268.618 “Contiguous” defined. “Contiguous,” as applied to an area proposed to be annexed in relation to a city, means that not less than 15 percent of the total boundary of such area is conterminous with the boundary of the city.
