Statutes > Nevada > Title-21 > Chapter-268 > Annexation-by-cities-in-other-counties > 268-623268.623 “Sphere of influence” defined. “Sphere of influence” means an area into which a city plans to expand as designated in a comprehensive regional plan adopted pursuant to NRS 278.026 to 278.029, inclusive, within the time designated in the comprehensive regional plan.
