268.684 “Electric project” defined. “Electric project” means facilities pertaining to a municipal electric heat, light and power system for the generation, transportation and distribution of electrical energy, including without limitation ponds, lakes, dams, spillways, reservoirs, towers, generators, pumping plants, power plants, pumping stations, gauging stations, conduits, transmission lines, engines, boilers, pumps, meters, poles, resistors, transformers, apparatus, tools, equipment, fixtures, structures, buildings and other electric energy generation, transmission and distribution facilities (or any combination thereof).
