Statutes > Nevada > Title-21 > Chapter-268 > City-bond-law > 268-736268.736 Issuance of securities subject to city’s debt limit. Any municipality issuing securities hereunder which constitute the incurrence of an additional indebtedness of the municipality shall not by the issuance of such securities contravene any debt limitation pertaining to the municipality and fixed by law other than by this City Bond Law.
