Statutes > Nevada > Title-21 > Chapter-268 > Officers-and-employees > 268-325268.325 Methods to fill vacancy on governing body of city. If a vacancy occurs on the governing body of a city, the governing body may, in lieu of appointment, declare by resolution a special election to fill the vacancy.
