269.595  Control of unappropriated money.  Any nonappropriated funds available for town purposes may be expended at the discretion of the town advisory board.

NRS 269.600  Bylaws for internal governance.  Each town advisory board shall establish bylaws for town meetings and other matters of internal governance.
