278.569 Ā Reservation in map of right-of-way for existing irrigation ditch. Ā Each governing body shall require by ordinance that each:

1. Ā Tentative map of a subdivision indicate the location of irrigation ditches and rights-of-way and easements for irrigation ditches.

2. Ā Final map of a subdivision, parcel map or final map of a division of land into large parcels reserve a right-of-way for any existing irrigation ditch and its maintenance.
