279.520 Ā Contents of resolution designating area for evaluation. Ā The resolution designating an area for evaluation must contain the following:

1. Ā A finding that the area requires study to determine if a redevelopment project within that area is feasible.

2. Ā A description of the boundaries of the area designated.
