Statutes > Nevada > Title-24 > Chapter-293 > Registration-of-voters-registrars > 293-490293.490 Residence not lost upon removal from county or precinct. Any registered voter removing from one county to another in the State, or from one precinct to another within the same county, after the close of registration for any election shall be deemed to retain his or her residence in the county or precinct removed from for the purposes of that election.
