Statutes > Nevada > Title-25 > Chapter-309 > Financing > 309-335309.335 Canvass of election returns; declaration of results. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 309.3395, at any regular or special meeting of the board held within 6 working days following the date of such election, the returns thereof must be canvassed and the results thereof declared.
