320.040 - “Maintenance” defined.

320.040  “Maintenance” defined.  “Maintenance” means any activity necessary to preserve the useful life of a road, including, without limitation, painting, repairing, grading, oiling, patching, resurfacing, sanding, sweeping, washing and removing ice and snow.
