327.060 Â Limitations on use of coordinates in documents to be recorded. Â No coordinate based on either of the Nevada coordinate systems which purports to define the position of a point on a land boundary may be presented to be recorded in any public land records or deed records unless the document to be recorded contains:
1. Â A description of the monumented station or stations from which the coordinates being recorded have been determined.
2. Â Annotations which accompany the values for state plane coordinates and clearly describe the method and accuracy of the determinations.
