31.680  Undertaking may be substituted for deposit.  If the money be deposited, as provided in NRS 31.660 and 31.670, bail may be given and may justify upon notice at any time before judgment; and on the filing of the undertaking and justification with the clerk the money deposited shall be refunded by such clerk to the defendant.
