348.210 “Public security” defined. “Public security” means any note, warrant, interim debenture or bond, including, without limitation, a temporary bond, or other security and comprises either a certificated public security or an uncertificated public security evidencing a loan and, before, on or after May 12, 1983, is authorized by the State to be incurred by a public body.
