Statutes > Nevada > Title-30 > Chapter-349 > Financing-of-water-projects > 349-938349.938 “Director” defined. “Director” means the Director of the Department of Business and Industry or any person within the Department of Business and Industry designated by the Director to perform duties in connection with a water project or the issuance of bonds.
