Statutes > Nevada > Title-30 > Chapter-349 > Financing-of-water-projects > 349-943349.943 “State securities” defined. “State securities” means notes, warrants, interim debentures, bonds and temporary bonds issued as general obligations by the Director for any water project or for a refunding which are payable from taxes, whether or not additionally secured by a pledge of all or any designated revenues of one or more water projects.
