349.959 Ā Board for Financing Water Projects: Election of Chair; meetings. Ā The Board shall:

1. Ā At its first meeting and annually thereafter elect a Chair from among its voting members.

2. Ā Meet regularly at least once in each calendar quarter and at other times upon the call of the Chair.
