Statutes > Nevada > Title-30 > Chapter-349 > Revenue-bonds-for-venture-capital > 349-908349.908 “Fund for the Retirement of Bonds” defined. “Fund for the Retirement of Bonds” means the fund established pursuant to the indenture and held by the trustee and which secures payment of the principal amount of the bonds at maturity.
