349.326  Interim debentures: Extension and funding.  No interim debentures issued pursuant to the provisions of NRS 349.318 to 349.324, inclusive, shall be extended or funded except by the issuance or reissuance of a bond or bonds authorized by the Commission authorizing the issuance of the funded interim debentures in compliance with NRS 349.328.
