355.177 Ā Investment in own securities or interim warrants prohibited. Ā No governing body of any local government or agency, as defined in NRS 354.474, may invest any of its moneys, or any part thereof, in:

1. Ā Its own securities of any kind.

2. Ā Interim warrants from any source.
