360.093  Adoption of regulations by Nevada Tax Commission to carry out certain provisions regarding waiver of taxes, penalties and interest, and imposition of penalties.  The Nevada Tax Commission shall adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of NRS 360.294 and 360.417.
