369.520  Preservation of invoices.  All persons obtaining liquor under any license or permit and all retail liquor dealers shall preserve for inspection and audit by the Department and its agents, for a period of 4 years, all invoices and lists of liquors purchased or received, specifying:

1.  Kind and quantity of liquor.

2.  Names of persons from whom received.

3.  Place and date.
