Statutes > Nevada > Title-32 > Chapter-369 > Suppliers-importers-and-permissible-persons > 369-382369.382 Suppliers: Authority to engage in business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages restricted. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 369.386 and 369.415, a supplier shall not engage in the business of importing, wholesaling or retailing alcoholic beverages in this State.
