386.700  “Empowerment school” defined. [Effective through June 30, 2011.]  As used in NRS 386.700 to 386.780, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires, “empowerment school” means a public school operating under an empowerment plan developed pursuant to NRS 386.740 and approved pursuant to NRS 386.745 or 386.750, as applicable.
