387.035 Ā State Controller to keep separate accounts of money for schools. Ā The State Controller shall keep a separate and distinct account of:
1. Ā The State Permanent School Fund.
2. Ā The interest and income of the State Permanent School Fund.
3. Ā All moneys derived from special appropriations or otherwise for the support of public schools.
