388.1345  Compilation of reports by Superintendent of Public Instruction; submission of written compilation to Attorney General.  The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall:

1.  Compile the reports submitted pursuant to NRS 388.134 and prepare a written report of the compilation.

2.  On or before October 1 of each year, submit the written compilation to the Attorney General.
