388.1345 Ā Compilation of reports by Superintendent of Public Instruction; submission of written compilation to Attorney General. Ā The Superintendent of Public Instruction shall:

1. Ā Compile the reports submitted pursuant to NRS 388.134 and prepare a written report of the compilation.

2. Ā On or before October 1 of each year, submit the written compilation to the Attorney General.
