393.300  Rejection of bids and withdrawal of property from sale or lease.  The board of trustees may:

1.  At the session held pursuant to the provisions of NRS 393.270; or

2.  At any public meeting held by the board of trustees pursuant to the provisions of NRS 393.247,

Ê if it deems such an action to be for the best public interest, reject any bid, and withdraw the property from sale or lease.
