396.7999 Ā Approval of corporate acts by System. Ā The System, acting by and through the Board of Regents may:

1. Ā Approve the corporation and any securities issued thereby.

2. Ā Do all acts necessary, convenient or desirable, as the Board may determine, to carry out the provisions of this section.
