396.100 Ā Meetings; records open to public inspection.
1. Ā The Board of Regents may hold at least four regular meetings in each year, and may hold special meetings at the call of the Chair of the Board.
2. Ā At all times, the records of all proceedings of the Board are open to public inspection except records of a closed meeting which have not become public.
