397.069  Extension of period for repayment of loan or stipend.

1.  The three Nevada State Commissioners, acting jointly, may after receiving an application stating the reasons therefor, grant an extension of the period for the repayment of a loan or a stipend under the program in case of hardship arising out of the individual circumstances of a recipient. The extension must be for a period that will reasonably alleviate that hardship.

2.  Applications for extensions must be filed within the time prescribed by regulation of the three Nevada State Commissioners, acting jointly.
