404.100  Road supervisor: Duties.  Each road supervisor shall:

1.  Supervise all work upon the roads in his or her road district.

2.  Attest to the propriety of all bills for such work.

3.  Direct the expenditure of all sums set apart for his or her road district by the board of county commissioners.
