408.389  Approval of Board of Directors required for purchase of certain equipment.

1.  The Department shall not purchase any equipment which exceeds $50,000, unless the purchase is first approved by the Board.

2.  The Board shall not delegate to the Director its authority to approve purchases of equipment pursuant to subsection 1.
