412.116  Organization and training; equality of treatment and opportunity.

      1.  The forces of the Nevada National Guard must be organized, armed, disciplined, governed, administered and trained as prescribed by applicable federal laws and regulations and Office regulations.

      2.  It hereby is declared to be the policy of the State that there must be an equality of treatment and opportunity for all persons in the Nevada National Guard without regard to race, creed, color, sex or national origin.
