422A.165 Ā Reports. Ā The Administrator shall make:

1. Ā Such reports, subject to approval by the Director, as will comply with the requirements of federal legislation and this chapter.

2. Ā Reports to the Board.

3. Ā A biennial report to the Director on the condition, operation and functioning of the Division.
