422A.125  Officers.

1.  At the first meeting after the adjournment of any regular session of the Legislature, the Board shall elect from its members a Chair and Vice Chair. The terms of the offices of Chair and Vice Chair expire upon the election of a Chair and Vice Chair at the first meeting following the adjournment of the next regular session of the Legislature.

2.  If a vacancy occurs in the office of Chair, the Vice Chair shall assume the duties of Chair for the unexpired term. If a vacancy occurs in the office of Vice Chair, the Board shall, at its next meeting, fill the vacancy for the unexpired term.

3.  The Administrator shall act as the nonvoting recording Secretary.
