422.29301  Administration of provisions concerning recovery of assistance paid to recipient of public assistance.  The Director:

1.  Shall administer the provisions of NRS 422.29302 to 422.29308, inclusive;

2.  May adopt such regulations as are necessary for the administration of those provisions; and

3.  May invoke any legal, equitable or special procedures for the enforcement of those provisions.
