422.042  “Food Stamp Assistance” defined.  “Food Stamp Assistance” means the program established to provide persons of low income with an opportunity to obtain a more nutritious diet through the issuance of coupons pursuant to the Food Stamp Act of 1977, as amended (7 U.S.C. §§ 2011 et seq.).
