Statutes > Nevada > Title-38 > Chapter-422 > Program-to-provide-community-based-services-to-persons-with-physical-disabilities > 422-395422.395 “Person with a physical disability” defined. As used in NRS 422.396 and 422.397, unless the context otherwise requires, “person with a physical disability” means a person with a severe physical disability that substantially limits his or her ability to participate and contribute independently in the community in which the person lives.
