426.600 Denial of services prohibited; exceptions. No person who is blind who may benefit from services authorized under NRS 426.518 to 426.610, inclusive, may be denied such services except the services for which a determination of economic need is required pursuant to the State Plan for Services to Persons Who Are Blind.
