427A.774 - Appointment of Chair and Vice Chair; meetings; Secretary; regulations; quorum. [Effective through June 30, 2013.]
1. Â The Advisory Board shall:
(a) At its first meeting and annually thereafter, elect a Chair and Vice Chair from among its voting members; and
(b) Meet throughout each year at the times and places specified by a call of the Chair or a majority of the members of the Advisory Board.
2.  The Administrator of the Division or the Administrator’s designee shall act as the nonvoting recording Secretary.
3. Â The Advisory Board shall prescribe regulations for its own management and government.
4. Â A majority of the voting members of the Advisory Board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business, and a majority of the voting members of a quorum present at any meeting is sufficient for any official action taken by the Advisory Board.
