433.233  Designation.

1.  The division facilities providing mental health services are designated as:

(a) Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services;

(b) Southern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services;

(c) Rural clinics; and

(d) Lakes Crossing Center.

2.  The division facilities providing services for persons with mental retardation and persons with related conditions are designated as:

(a) Desert Regional Center;

(b) Sierra Regional Center; and

(c) Rural Regional Center.

3.  Division facilities established after July 1, 1981, must be named by the Administrator, subject to the approval of the Director of the Department.
